PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, you will receive your tracking information within 24-72 hours. Your shipping confirmation will be sent via Email or SMS. Depending on the shipping option you chose, packages are delivered within 5-13 business days from the date of shipment. We are doing our best to deliver your order on time, however, we may experience delays somewhere along the way as we try to keep everyone safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages. Each package will have its own personal tracking number.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDER ITEMS

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 1 week, we will automatically refund you.
